The doors of opportunities open only when you are ready with a proper set of skills and training. Gitarattan Institute of Advanced Studies and Training organized a mock interview for the students of Bachelors of Education, II year, on 16th,17th and 18th May 2023 in the college premises.
The panel interview was upheld by the esteemed Mr.Rajesh Kr (PGT English), Ms.Ravita (TGT Social Science), and Ms. Komal Sharma (PFT Commerce). The co-assistant interviewers in the panel interview were Ms. Nilda (PGT Physics), Ms Sangeeta (TGT English) and Ms. Anita (TGT Science).
The interviewers asked extensive questions related to the course content, and teaching strategies which would be implemented in the classroom. This mock interview enabled the student-teachers to comprehend the interview strategy to crack the interview round.
The mock interview came to fruition as the feedback was given to the student- teachers. The interviewers emphasised on the skills which must be enhanced which include - poise, precision of answers, content knowledge, flexibility and adaptability. Gitarattan Institute of Advanced Studies and Training provided the student-teachers a viable opportunity to learn how to face an interview through the mock interview session.
