Integrity is the practice of being honest and showing a consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values In ethics, integrity is regarded as the honesty and truthfulness or accuracy of one's actions. Integrity can stand in opposition to hypocrisy,in that judging with the standards of integrity involves regarding internal consistency as a virtue, and suggests that parties holding within themselves apparently conflicting values should account for the discrepancy or alter their beliefs.
Observance of Vigilance Awareness Week every year during the last week of October is taken up to encourage all stakeholders to collectively participate in the prevention of, and the fight against corruption and to raise public awareness regarding the existence, causes and gravity of and the threat posed by corruption.
Gitarattan institute Of advanced studies and trainings is Celebrating 'Vigilance Awareness Week' from 26th October to 1stNovember, 2021. Today was 1st day of 'Vigilance Awareness week' and an Integrity pledge was organized by the institute on virtual platform. Our honourable Principal Ms. Sonia Jindal conducted the pledge along with Teachers and students. Everyone pledge to not to take or offer bribe, to act in public interest, to follow rule of law and many more.
